Fixed-scope fixes usually start as soon as the scope is approved, the deposit is paid and access is in place. Larger builds are scheduled once we’ve agreed the scope together.

No. Most projects can be scoped and agreed entirely by email. If you’d prefer to talk it through, we’re happy to arrange a call.
Fixed-price work is paid in two halves: 50% to start and 50% after you approve the finished result. Larger projects follow a written schedule agreed before work begins.
