Do you need access to my website?
Most fixes need access, but the exact permissions depend on your platform and the problem. We agree a secure way to share access once the scope is set. Please never send passwords by email.
When do the 48 hours start?
As soon as the scope is approved, the $175 deposit is paid and we have the access and information we need. If anything unusual could affect timing, we tell you before we start.
Does $350 include a redesign?
No. The package covers up to two agreed, clearly defined issues on one existing website. Redesigns and larger projects get their own quote.
Can we do this without a call?
Yes. For fixed-scope work, everything can be agreed by email. A link to the page and a short description is all we need to begin.
What if a fix turns out to be more complex?
We explain why before doing any work and suggest the best option. Nothing outside the agreed scope is added without your approval.
